Vertice is an international women's fashion store operating at verticeco.com. We sell clothing and accessories to customers across the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Canada, the United States, and other countries. All prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds Sterling) unless otherwise indicated.
Use of the store
You agree to use verticeco.com only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the store.

All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at that price and notify you accordingly.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.
Colours displayed on screen may vary depending on your device settings and cannot be guaranteed to be an exact match to the physical product. Size guides are provided as a reference. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before ordering.
Orders and payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. This confirmation is an acknowledgement of your order, not an acceptance. A binding contract is formed when your order is fulfilled and dispatched.
Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards. All payment information is encrypted and handled in compliance with PCI DSS standards. Vertice does not store your card details.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Delivery
We deliver to the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Canada, the United States, and other countries. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Estimated delivery times are 7 to 21 business days depending on your location. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Vertice is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@verticeco.com and we will investigate.
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your country. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.
Returns and refunds
Our full Return and Refund Policy is available at verticeco.com/policies/refund-policy and forms part of these Terms of Service. Key points:
- 30-day return window from the date of receipt
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached
- Exchanges for a different size or colour are available subject to stock
- Store credit is available as an alternative to a card refund
- EU customers have an additional 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2023/2673
Intellectual property
All content on verticeco.com, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design, is the property of Vertice or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this store without our prior written permission. You may share links to our store and products for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vertice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or any products purchased from us.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the store or any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
